REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! Our return policy varies depending on the product supplier.

For Clothing Items:

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (US orders only)

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn with original tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request

Non-Returnable Clothing:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates and lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear

For Home Decor Items:

Home decor items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective home decor item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • We'll work directly with our supplier to arrange a replacement or refund
  • A prepaid return label will be provided if needed

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at contact@cheysbeautylounge.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. We'll provide return instructions based on your specific product
  3. Ship items back using the provided instructions
  4. Allow 5-7 business days after the supplier receives your return for processing

Important Details:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we made an error or item arrived damaged/defective)
  • Returns that don't meet our criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • We do not offer exchanges - please place a new order for a different item

International Orders: We currently only accept returns on orders shipped within the United States.

Refund Timeline: Once your return is processed by our supplier, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
