SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Time:
- US Domestic Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
- We currently only ship within the United States
Shipping Costs:
- FREE SHIPPING on orders $50 and up
- Orders under $50: Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and location
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your package ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Split Shipments: Since we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to weather conditions. We appreciate your patience!
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days. For damaged items, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.
